CLC Leadership

Pastor Rob serves as the Senior Pastor of CLC and has been actively involved in the church’s ministries since 2001. Over the years, he has served as the Athletic Director at Layton Christian Academy, Youth Pastor for more than seven years, Connections Pastor, and Executive Pastor. Rob has a heart for helping people build meaningful relationships with one another and grow in their relationship with God.

After serving as the Children’s Pastor for more than 20 years, Ashley now works alongside Rob in ministry and helps lead the CLC front office. She enjoys reading, photography, and traveling with Rob and their two boys.

Taylor serves as the Executive Pastor and has a passion for discipleship, helping people grow in their faith, and seeing them genuinely experience Jesus. Tia serves as the Kids Pastor and Women’s Ministry Director and is passionate about helping children build a thriving, lifelong relationship with Jesus.
Married since 2019, Taylor and Tia are committed to making Jesus known both through their ministry and in their home. Above everything else, they love their family and desire to create a home where their children know Jesus, feel deeply loved, and learn what it looks like to follow Him.

Pastor Ernie has been in the ministry for over 30 years as a pastor and missionary. He joined the staff at CLC in 1999. Pastor Green works with the various ministries of CLC and is a great asset in the area of teaching and counseling.

Lorenzo and his wife, Julie, are passionate about serving together in the youth ministry at Christian Life Center. Originally from Los Angeles, Lorenzo’s journey of faith led him to Utah, where God has called their family to invest in the next generation. Together, they are committed to creating meaningful programs, building authentic fellowship, and intentionally sharing the life changing message of the Gospel. Their heart is to see young people grow in their relationship with Jesus, discover their God given purpose, and become bold disciples who impact their communities.

Andrew Ponson serves as the Worship Pastor at Christian Life Center, helping lead and shape the church’s worship gatherings. With a background in communication, music, and ministry, he has been involved in worship for 25 years and enjoys playing multiple instruments. His heart is to help people encounter God more deeply and draw near to Him.

Originally from Aruba, Andrew is fluent in four languages. He is grateful to serve alongside his wife, Bridgette, and their two wonderful kids, Brightley and Archer.

Chris has been a part of CLC since 1986 and has worked on staff in various positions since 1992 including Christian Education, Media, Director of Facilities, and Music Pastor. Chris has a vision for the music and media ministries that will accent the vision and ministries of CLC to reach our community.

Terri oversees our Growth Track discipleship process, helping our congregation to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus as well as their relationships with people.  A retired Air Force officer, she has been part of CLC for over 25 years since she was assigned to Hill AFB.  She has over 20 years of volunteer experience in youth ministry, 13 of which were at CLC.  She teaches Bible studies and discipleship classes and serves on the church board of deacons.  Her husband, Gary, serves CLC on the production and security teams and he serves LCA as a sports photographer.  Both of their daughters graduated from LCA.

Kate is the Accounting Office Manager at CLC, overseeing church and school finances with a passion for numbers and organization. With 13 years in Children’s Ministry, three years in Accounts Payable, and now serving in accounting, Kate has always had a love for finance and administration. She attended an all-girls office management high school and took courses in HR at Weber State and the University of Utah. A military transplant to Utah, her family fell in love with the transparent preaching of Pastor Crowder and has been part of CLC for nearly 20 years. She feels blessed to serve in this role and is honored to support the mission of CLC for years to come.

Pastor Elizandro and his wife Lilia have been the most incredible leaders of Iglesia CLC, growing this ministry from 5 to 150. They are a great part of the CLC Family.
