Head Pastor
Pastor Crowder moved to Layton as Senior Pastor of Christian Life Center in 1986. He has been in ministry for over 40 years and is the founder of Layton Christian Academy which has around 600 students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Pastor Crowder and his wife, Marsha, have a great vision for CLC and look forward to continuing in what God has lead them to accomplish in Utah.
Rob and Ashley George
Executive Pastor & Children's Pastor
Pastor Rob currently acts as the Executive Pastor. He has been actively involved in various CLC ministries since 2001. Prior to his current position, he served as Athletic Director at Layton Christian Academy, assisted his wife, Ashley, in our children’s ministry, and was our Youth Pastor for over 7 years. Rob has a passion for seeing people connected to each other and connected to God.
Ernie and Janelle Green
Pastoral Care / Security / Primetime Live
Pastor Ernie has been in the ministry for over 30 years as a pastor and missionary. He joined the staff at CLC in 1999. Pastor Green works with the various ministries of CLC and is a great asset in the area of teaching and counseling.

Chris & Kathleen Crowder
Head of School - Layton Christian Academy
Chris has been a part of CLC since 1986 and has worked on staff in various positions since 1992 including Christian Education, Media, Director of Facilities, and Music Pastor. Chris has a vision for the music and media ministries that will accent the vision and ministries of CLC to reach our community.

Jared has been the CLC Youth Pastor since June 2014. With his passion for Christ coupled with his boundless energy, he makes an excellent leader for the youth at Christian Life Center.

Shalene moved to Utah in March 2016 and became a member of CLC right after. She volunteered at the CLC welcome center and began working for the church in March 2019. Stop by the main office and say "hello."
Rory Doran
Office Administrator
Rory was hired on as staff at CLC in August 2014. Before that, she volunteered every week in the office. She makes sure that everything and everyone stays scheduled and on the same page. Come in and say, “Hi.”
